ON SITE FACILITIES INCLUDE:
Food & Non Food Gazebo, Information Steward, Left Luggage Grass Patch, Meeting Point, Merchandise, Toilets, Large Leisure Area for picnics, frisbee and public display of love.

CHILDRENS FACILITIES / INFO:
Please note that there is no separate children's area at this event.

SEATING:
Open air event - no seating/occasional lump of wood to sit on.

DISCOUNTS / CONCESSIONS:
Children under and over 18 are admitted free when accompanied by an adult.

GLOWSTICKS:
Sidfest is a glowstick friendly festival. For a small donation towards the costs of holding the event you will recieve a free glowstick.
Re-admittance to the site is possible once you have left.
Entrance to the arena is only possible through the opening in the fence also known as a Gate

CAR PARKING:
Weekend parking is separate to camp site in an adjacent field

CAMPERVANS:
Anyone wanting to bring their campervan to the Festival must email their request to campervan@sidfest.co.uk prior to the event.

COACHES:
Can usually hold around 56 persons when seated. They are useful for traveling long distances in a large group.

CAMPSITE:
Opens: Saturday 30th July.
Closes: Evening Sunday 31th July.

FOOD / CATERING:
Food for personal consumption only may be brought into the arena. There will be a small BBQ late saturday afternoon for those travelers who have missed their dinner. Illegal Substances cannot be brought into the arena.

WEATHER POLICY:
There is no refund or exchange available, the event will go ahead if it isnt raining. Please dress for the prevailing weather conditions. Bring sunscreen.
